Do a google search on that and you will get everything you need. For instance, my current laptop is TYPE 2522-CP4. Please come up with a support tag system that makes finding information on your site easier.Įvery IBM / Lenovo product I have ever touched (and there have been a lot over the years) carries a tag with TYPE, S/N, and PRODUCT ID. Which CPU does it have? What options does it include? I have no idea until I get my hands on it and even then it'll take me some time to find it in your system. I just got off the phone with a client and the best he could come up with is "Thinkpad Edge". Come up with an ID tag system that makes it easy to identify your products. Three or four 10-20 digit numbers and none of them seem to reference anything on your site.
Your site doesn't seem to want me to look up serial numbers, the product numbers make no sense, etc. When I ask a client to find their model number on the bottom of their notebook or the back/side/whatever of their computer I can easily look up almost every vendor out there except yours. But your model number and product identification systems sucks.
