The offer consists of the production of a free 3D conceptual render of the proposed new home, which is for inspiration purposes only and is subject to change.
Eligibility is strictly at the Sales Manager’s discretion and whose decision is final. Priority will be given to those customers who are (1) financially qualified and have proof of financing, (2) are actively working on a Rawson Homes design with a Rawson Homes new home consultant and (2) on review of these factors have received written confirmation from a Sales Manager that the customer is eligible for the offer. ^The Rawson Homes Free 3D Render offer (hereinafter referred to as “offer”) is valid to new Rawson Homes Pty Limited (“Rawson Homes”) customers building in the Sydney region only and is only available to customers who are looking to engage a builder for a Knock Down Rebuild (“KDR”) product. Rawson Homes reserves the right to review its pricing at any time, without notice. The starting from price is applicable to homes built in the Sydney Metro region only and is subject to a geotechnical report and engineering design and excludes additional site costs, site specific BASIX/EERS requirements, Local Complying Authority or developer/estate requirements and guidelines, bushfire, flood, acoustic, unforeseen site conditions, building adjacent to sewer requirements, landscaping, internal upgrades, section 7.11 and s7.12 contributions (if applicable), and bonds. *The starting from price is based on a standard block which is up to 350m² with up to 500mm fall across the block, ‘M’ class soil classification, all services within boundaries, garage setback up to 5.5m from front boundary and even cut and fill. This may include landscaping and outdoor items, floor coverings, furniture, kitchen, bathroom and light fittings and decorative items, which are shown as examples only. Photographs, artist impressions and other pictures in this flyer are for illustrative purposes only and may show fixtures, fittings or finishes which are not supplied by Rawson Homes, or which are only available in some Rawson Homes designs or when selected as inclusions above the standard inclusions for a particular design.
